To provide resources for crisis pregnancies and educational support for the community.
We offer a safe and confidential place for anyone dealing with life choices regarding past, present, and future pregnancies. We provide pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, counseling, education, mentor-ship, and practical support regardless of age, race, or religion.

Watching them go through the classes, earn our trust, and seeing their confidence build, and believe in themselves, it is truly amazing. Watching the transformation of clients, and having them bring their babies in after they deliver is the most rewarding element of the program we offer.

Options Pregnancy Center of Ava, Missouri
Options Pregnancy Center (OPC) of Ava is a faith based not-for-profit ministry. We have provided resources for crisis pregnancies and educational support for the community for more than 16 years. OPC also operates a satellite clinic in Gainesville, which was opened in 2018.
